Ops System privacy policy

Ops System is a private tool used only by its owner, Jeremiah Horne. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

What it accesses. With the owner's own sign-in, it reads his email (read-only) and reads his calendars and adds or removes time holds on them. It does not send email, and it does not send calendar invitations to anyone without the owner's approval.

How data is used. Data is used only to keep the owner's own task list, deadlines and calendar current. Identifiers are removed before any text is sent to an AI model. Data is never sold, shared with third parties for their own use, or used for advertising.

Google user data. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and deletion. Records are kept in the owner's private database. Access can be removed at any time from the Google or Microsoft account's security settings.
